I bought the gatekeeper pickups to replace a pair of fender noiseless pickups that came on a b-bender tele. On gigs, I’d been using the b-bender on a couple of songs per set. It sounded fine, but it didn’t cut through like my other gigging guitar, a Sublime Tomcat Deluxe. I discovered that the Sublime had Porter pickups, which ultimately led me to the gatekeeper pickups. And I couldn’t be happier with the purchase! My b-bender has a new lease on life and sounds killer!

These pickups are amazing!! The porter team knows what they're doing, and even their budget pickups sound amazing! Installed into my squier paranormal offset tele, these pickups are night and day to the stock squier pickups that were muddy and lacked the necessary punch. My tele sings now! These pickups are a steal, and are a great upgrade!
